Greenhouse Film
Greenhouse films are custom structures that enable out-of-season cultivation environments by means of optimizing plant cultivation conditions when seasons are not favourable and allow the control of factors such as temperature, light, humidity and air movements.
Greenhouse films combine long life time, superior strength and high light transmission with other, optional, characteristics that transform the film to an active contributor to plant protection, growth and productivity.
• Long Lifetime
• Superior Strength
• Light Transmisson
High light transmisson is critical for plant growth. The agricultural films we produce have a high optical transmittance supported by extensive production experience, high-quality equipment and high-quality selected raw materials.
• Light Diffusion
Sunlight entering the greenhouse through the film is converted into direct or astigmatic light. Film with astigmatism, although it appears blurry, is not opaque and allows for photosynthetically active radiation to plants.
• Anti-drip Effect
The water droplets that will be produced due to the condensation of the steam can block the light that penetrates the greenhouse. The special additives contained in the film with drip function that we manufacture make it possible to form a water membrane on the inner surface of the film, thus effectively eliminating water droplets on it.
• Anti-mist Effect
Anti-mist additives, which act together with the films with drip function, will reduce the production of fog in the greenhouse. Can increase in the amount of light that penetrates the greenhouse, reduction of heating costs, decrease of pests and diseases, improvement of light passivity and reduction of leaf diseases.
• Anti-dust Effect
The advanced 5-layer co-extrusion technology that we apply allows the use of anti-dust additives on the surface of the agricultural film, so that the surface is very soft, thus reducing the accumulation of dust.
• Algae-proof Effect
Many algae can be produced on the surface of the agricultural film where the air is humid, which can reduce optical transmittance affecting the productivity of crops in the greenhouse. Special additives have been applied to the surface of our film to prevent spores from growing, thus inhibiting algae production.
• Thermic Effect
The film with thermal insulation function contains infrared additives that can absorb infrared radiation, reduce thermal loss at night and ensure a more stable temperature drop at night.
• Cooling Effect
Considering growers need agricultural films that are able to reduce excess heat during the day. The special films we provide can reflect or absorb near-infrared (NIR) radiation. They reduce the temperature in the greenhouse during the day by absorbing most of the heat in the greenhouse during the day.
• Photoselective Effects
Additives and special raw materials contained in the products of the line with light transfer function alter the growth behavior of plants by changing the spectrum of the greenhouse. Films with such characteristics can raise crop yields, promote or delay crop growth, and control the elongation or dwarf of the rhizome of crops.
• Disease Control Effect
A series of special agricultural films with pest and disease prevention functions have been developed, which allow effective control of the incidence of pests and diseases and the reduction of pesticide use.
